In this capacity, Stephen will be responsible for new product development, recipe development, food service out-reach and consumer/ trade events.
An honors graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Stephen has spent 26 years in kitchens around the world and specializes in Italian cuisine. Mozzarella Fresca is very excited to have Stephen’s extensive experience, talent and energy “in the family.”
