Mascarpone Deviled Chicken PDF Print E-mail
Chicken meat, cooked - 1 ½ pound
Walnuts, chopped - ¼ cup
Dried cranberries, chopped - ¼ cup
Mascarpone - ½ cup
Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
Balsamic vinegar - 2 teaspoons
Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
Fresh ground pepper - ¼ teaspoon

Crackers or toast points - about 15

Dice or shred chicken meat; combine with all other ingredients. Keep refrigerated till 15 minutes before service. Top crackers with deviled chicken and serve.
