Vine-ripened
tomato, sliced - 1 each Fresh Mozzarella, sliced - 4 ounces Fresh
basil leaves - 8-10 each Mascarpone - 2 tablespoons Olive oil - 2
teaspoons Cibata or other rustic bread - 4 slices Salt and pepper -
to taste
For each sandwich, drizzle olive oil on one slice of
bread, and spread mascarpone on the other. Build sandwich using all
ingredients. This simple sandwich is mouthwateringly complex in flavor.
