Mozzarella and Vegetable Pannini |

Mozzarella, fresh, sliced - 4 ounces
European cucumber - 6 slices
Tomato - 4 slices
Avocado, sliced - ½ each
Basil leaves - 2-4 each
Black olive tapanade - 1 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise - ½ Tablespoon
Sourdough bread, sliced - 2 slices
Assemble pannini from bottom up as follows: Bread, mayonnaise, basil leaves, tomato, mozzarella, cucumber, avocado, and tapanade on top slice of bread. Grill on pannini grill or in a sauté pan.
Serve warm.
