Italian Ham and Mozzarella Pannino |

(makes two pannini)
Deli
ham, sliced thin - 8 slices Roasted red peppers, sliced - 1 each Fresh
Mozzarella, sliced - 4 ounces Fresh basil leaves - 6 leaves Whole
grain mustard - 2 teaspoons per sandwich Salt and pepper - to taste Cibata
or other rustic bread, sliced - 4 slices Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Brush
bread with olive oil and grill. When bread is warm and grill marks are
pronounced, spread mustard on each slice of bread and build sandwich using
all ingredients.
