Marinated Ciliegine Skewers |

(for 2 pounds of mozzarella)

Grape seed or canola oil - 3 cups
Extra virgin olive oil - 1 cup
Dried Italian herbs - 2 tablespoons
Dried garlic, ground - 1 tablespoon
Red chili flakes - ½ tablespoon
Fresh ground pepper - ½ tablespoon
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 to 7 days.
Be creative with your Skewers – use other fresh veggies or dried meats.
Service Idea
* Make vinaigrette by combining 3 parts marinade, 1 part vinegar; whisk till creamy.
* Toss veggies in vinaigrette before skewering, or drizzle over completed skewers.
* Dress salad greens with vinaigrette and serve with Marinated Mozzarella skewers
