Makes 4 sandwiches
Ingredients
2 Balls Mozzarella Fresca Burrata
2-3 Ripe Tomatoes
8 Slices Bread
Green Leaf Lettuce
16 Slices Smoked Bacon
Dijon Mustard
Method
Prepare just as you would with a regular BLT;
toast the bread, fry the bacon, slice tomatoes
and clean and separate the bread. Only this
time you’ll add the mind-blowing richness and
flavor of burrata. Use ½ ball per sandwish.
Since Burrata is rather soft, it can be gently
spread on toasted bread. Use dijon sparingly,
or for a different flair, combine balsamic
vineger with mayo. Ourstanding!!
