Vegetable Antipasto Salad with Ciliegine |

Ingredients
Marinated Mozzarella Ciliegine Sized
Hearts of Palm
Artichoke Hearts, Quartered
Marinated Button Mushrooms
Kalamata Olives, Pitted
Red Peppers, Seeded and Sliced
Red Onions, Thin Sliced
Basil Leaves
Chopped Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Kosher Salt and Cracked Black Pepper
Method
This is an easy to prepare salad using our Gold Medal Award
winning fresh marinated Ciliegine mozzarella. It takes the
idea of an arranged antipasto plate and combines those ingredients
into a salad. As you can see, there are no ingredients listed.
Instead I leave it up to you, Chef Joe or Chef Jane to use your
imagination. And you can make a dressing/marinade by combining
the last 5 ingredients, or by taking any marinade you reserve
from the cheese and add some red wine vinegar. So be adventurous,
go for it and have fun in the kitchen and cut down to size.
