Grilled Steak Salad with Fresh Mozzarella |

Ingredients
1 8oz New York Steak
Red and Yellow Tomatoes
Green Beans
Mozzarella Fresca Marinated Mozzarella
Red Wine Vinegar
Fresh Basil
Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper
Method
Season and grill steak to the temperature you
like. For this dish, I prefer medium rare.
Remove from grill and let rest. Meanwhile,
cut tomatoes into quarters, trim blanch and
chill green beans. Remove cheese from marinade
and reserve marinade. Slice cooled steak into
strips against grain. Arrange steak, beans,
tomatoes, basil and cheese on a plate. Mix
reserved marinade with red wine vinegar in
a proportion of 3:1. and dress salad. Finish
with salt and pepper.
