Fresh Mozzarella Salad with Green Beans and Candied Pecans |

Ingredients
Fresh Mozzarella Bocconcini
Green Beans
Grape Tomatoes
Pecans, Candied
Extra Virgin olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Method
Trim stems from beans and blanch in salted
boiling water. Drain and place beans in
ice water to stop the cooking. Slice tomatoes
in half. Drain cheese from water and pull
the pieces apart into chunks of cheese.
Regarding the pecans, they can be purchased
at most grocery stores. If you can find
candied pecans, regular roasted ones will
do just fine. Combine all ingredients on a
plate and drizzle the olive oil and vinegar
over the top. Finish with a little kosher
or sea salt and cracked black pepper.
