Crostinis with Mascarpone and Fresh Berries PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients
Mozzarella Fresca Mascarpone Cheesedes_mascber.jpg
Italian Long loaf or Baguette
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Berries

Method
A super simple but very Italian way to
end a meal. Just take a long baguette
and slice it into medallions and brush
both sides with olive oil. Toast under
the broiler element in your over or
toaster oven. Cool and spread mascarpone
cheese on one side. If using strawberries,
slice and arrange on crostinis. No need
to slice if using blueberries or raspberries.
It’s as simple as that, toasted crostinis,
mascarpone cheese and berries.
