Linguini Pomodoro with Perlini® PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients
1 Lb Dried Linguinipas_lingpom.jpg
1 small jar Marinara Sauce
4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Perlini

Method
I include this recipe only because
it’s a real simple way to Jazz up
up plate of pasta by the simple
addition of one ingredient – Fresh
Mozzarella Perlini.  Cook the pasta
in rapidly boiling salted water for
8-10 minutes, or for as long as the
package directs. Heat the sauce on
the stove and when the pasta is done,
drain in collander and mix with the
sauce. Divide into 4 bowls and top
with the Fresh Mozzarella Perlini.
Serve right away. Or lot the pasta
sit for a few minuted and enjoy the
mozzarella melted.
