Buttercrunch Lettuce Salad with Avocado & Perles PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients
Salad
2 Heads Butter Crunch Lettuce, torn into bite sized piecessal_butcru.jpg
1 Avocado, cored, peeled and quartered
2 Medium Tomato, cored and cut into chunks
1 4oz Ovoline sized Ball Fresh Mozzarella, torn into pieces
1 oz Cracker Bread, busted up into pieces

Dressing
1/8 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
3/8 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cracked Black Pepper
Kosher Salt

Method
 Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl.
Try to find buttercrunch lettuce if possible.
It combines the crunchyness of Romaine with the
delicate flavor of butterleaf lettuce. Cracker
bread is available at most grocery stores.
Anyway, mix the dressing ingredients together
and dress the salad. Serve in 4 salad bowl
and eat!
