Turkey Sandwich with Balsamic Mascarpone PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients
Fresh Turkey Breastsand_turbal.jpg
Mascarpone Cheese
Balsamic Vinegar
Red Onions
Red Ripe Tomatoes
Leaf Lettuce
Sourdough Bread

Method
Ideally you should use fresh roasted turkey
breast, cut thin. But thin cut turkey from
the deli counter works just fine here. Each
sandwich should have about 4oz of turkey each.
To make the balsamic mascarpone spread, start
by reducing 1 bottle of balsamic vinegar. Empty
the vinegar in a saucepot and over med-high heat,
reduce by ¾. Remove from heat and let cool. Combine
a few tablespoons to a cup of Mascarpone cheese
and mix thoroughly. Slice the onion and tomatoes
and toast the bread. Spread your balsamic
Mascarpone on both slices of bread and assemble
the other ingredients on top. See how easy that
was??!! Bon appetite!!
