| Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine with Melon |

Ingredients
Mozzarella Fresca’s Fresh mozzarella Ciliegine 
Cherry-sized mozzarella balls Cantelope Honeydew ½ cup orange juice 1 T Honey ½ cup salad oil Method Using a melon baller, scoop out balls of the 3 varieties of melon into a bowl. Drain the mozzarella and combine an equal amount to the melon balls. In a separate dish, make your dressing using the last 3 ingredients. Season with a pinch of salt and white pepper. Serve in a martini glass for an elegant touch!! |
