Smoked turkey with Crispy Bacon and Fresh Mozzarella PDF Print E-mail
Ingredients
6 oz Smoked Turkey Breastsan_turbac.jpg
4 strips Bacon or Pancetta
2 oz Sliced Fresh Mozzarella
Red Onion, sliced thin
Ciabatta Bread
Dijon mustard
Aioli or Mayonnaise
Salt and White Pepper

Method
Use either leftover thanksgiving
turkey or sliced smoked deli turkey.
Cook bacon or pancetta until crispy.
Slice red onions and fresh mozzarella.
A good idea is to use Mozzarella Fresca’s
new pre-sliced fresh mozzarella Medallions.
4-6 slices per sandwich should do it. Toast
the bread and spread Dijon mustard on one
side and a nice garlicky aioli or mayo on
the other. Arrange ingredients as in photo
and serve. I kind of like this sandwich
without the extra salad stuff, but if you
want, add sliced tomatoes and lettuce or
arugula. Bon appetite
