Last weekend, Mozzarella Fresca received the crowning glory to an already outstanding year.  At a November 19th awards ceremony in Tipton, CA, Mozzarella Fresca was honored as the 2005 Business of the Year.  During the ceremony, Mozzarella Fresca received the Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition, Business of the Year, from Congressman Devin Nunes of the 21st Congressional District and a Certificate of Recognition, from the Tulare County District Two Supervisor, Connie Conway.
