Asian Cabbage and Fresh Mozzarella Salad |

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 cup shredded sui choy or Napa cabbage
1 cup shredded cabbage
Fresh Mozzarella Slices
Chives for Garnish
METHOD
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Shred the sui choy and red cabbage and put into a bowl, add the dressing and mix well. Place mounds of cabbage salad in the center of 4 plates and place a slice of mozzarella on each mound of salad. Garnish with sprigs of chives.
