Cheese Skewers
Skewered prosciutto wrapped marinated mozzarella; skewered pineapple and ham with marinated mozzarella; skewered prosciutto wrapped marinated mozzarella balls, with basil and tomatoes, sautéed whole button mushrooms skewered, or roasted beets, marinated artichoke quarters, etc. Be creative, but use our Ciliegine or Marinated Ciliegine alternating with the other ingredients.
