Roasted Artichokes, Olives, Tomatoes with Fresh Perles PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients
app_roasted_artichokes.jpgArtichoke Hearts, quartered
Assorted Olives, pitted
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Fresh Mozzarella “Perles”
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
Garlic, chopped
Fresh Oregano

Method
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and mix gently. Spoon into a manicotti-type dish and bake in a preheated 425° oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese and return to oven to melt cheese. Bon Appetit!
