Nectarine and DOLCE! Strudel PDF Print E-mail
(makes 8 servings)

Fillo dough - 7 sheets
DOLCE! - 8 ounces
Nectarines, pitted, chopped - 2 cups (about four each)
Sultana raisins - ½ cup
Pecans, chopped - ½ cup
Sugar - 3 Tablespoons
Bread crumbs - ¼ cup
Butter, melted - ¼ cup
Powdered sugar - as needed

Preheat oven to 400f.

Toss together in large bowl chopped nectarines, raisins, pecans, sugar and breadcrumbs. Lay fillo dough flat on a dry work surface and spread nectarine mixture evenly over entire surface. Pipe or dollop DOLCE in somewhat even rows lengthwise. Carefully roll into a log, keeping the seam at the bottom. Brush with melted butter and place in center of oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

Sift powdered sugar over top just before serving.
