Ricotta for Breakfast PDF Print E-mail
(makes two serving)

This is a healthy and fresh way to start the day – or snack through it!
 
Ricotta, room temperature - ½ cup
Honey or sugar - 3 tablespoons
Cinnamon, ground - 1 teaspoon
Fresh fruit - ½ cup
Granola - ½ cup
Mint, chopped - to taste

Layer granola, fruit and fresh ricotta cheese. Top with fresh mint.
