Ricotta and Stone Fruit Timbale PDF Print E-mail
(makes four servings)
 
Ricotta, room temperature - 4 cups
Honey - 3 tablespoons
Cinnamon, ground - 1 teaspoon
Peaches and/or nectarines, sliced - 2 total

Preheat broiler. Combine ricotta, honey and cinnamon, transfer to shallow custard dishes. Carefully lay sliced stone fruit on top of ricotta. Place under broiler till fruit is hot, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
