(makes about 2 cups)
 Suitable wines to serve: Madeira, late harvest Riesling or Champagne. Mascarpone cheese - 16 ounces
Torani-style coffee syrup - 1/8 cup
Brandy or Madeira (optional) - 4 tablespoons
Semi sweet chocolate, shaved - 2 ounces
Mix together syrup and mascarpone, top with shaved chocolate. Serve with biscotti, Italian ladyfingers, strawberries or your favorite cookies and fruit.
