I am a big fan of wine. I’ve struggled to pair anything with Caprese salad. What do you suggest? |

One of my favorites is a nice Pinot Grigio, such as those made in the Alto Adigio region of Italy. Some people enjoy the acid and balance of a Sauvignon Blanc. For red wine, a nice Pinot Noir will balance the nuances of fresh mozzarella. I’m a big fan of Argentine Malbecs, which are quite a bargain these days.
