When I use Mozzarella on pizza, it leaves puddles and makes the whole pizza soggy. Help! PDF Print E-mail
The answer for that is to use our fresh mozzarella that’s packaged in Cryovac. This allows you to enjoy the great fresh flavor of our cheese, but the beauty of this packaging method is that it’s low moisture, so you won’t have that same water bleeding off, making your pizzas and sandwiches slightly soggy. Same great flavor, with lower moisture! Is that great, or what?
