| I have two actually! In the summer I enjoy mixing ricotta with evaporated milk, hazelnuts and a touch of honey and spoon that over a bowl of mixed berries. But there is nothing like the rich, savory taste of Ricotta baked into classic Lasagna. Wonderful!! |
